Samsung to launch Galaxy S IV in February

It is hardly surprising that Samsung is working on their next Galaxy smartphone, but it could arrive even sooner than expected.
The sales of the Galaxy S III have passed 20 million recently and Samsung is hoping to sell another 10 millions by the end of 2012.
Samsung is eyeing the Mobile World Congress to launch the new device and to start shipping it in March next year. This is only 9 months after their S III introduction and it seems to indicate an aggressive approach.
Although it is very early to talk about specifications, rumors are speculating about a new Exynos chip and a 5' screen.
