Chinese sellers accepting pre-orders of the new iPhone
Apple continues to avoid giving any information about the new iPhone, however, China is already accepting pre-orders for the new device.
It sounds crazy, but China's largest e-commerce seller, Taobao Marketplace, is accepting pre-orders compete with a prototype picture and suggested technical specifications.
As the pre-orders arrive, the enthusiastic seller is asking for a deposit ranging from $150 to the full payment of $1,000.
The sellers are planning to get the iPhone in the US and in Hong Kong, they are not promising any specific dates or delivery time.
One seller is stating that the demand is high and they already have over two dozen orders.
It appears that the sellers aren't just receiving pre-orders, they are also selling silicone and hard-shell cases for the new device.
The size of the cases are precise and are already confirmed by insider sources, one seller said.
