Apple has blocked Samsung Nexus sales in the US

Just a few days after the victory against the Galaxy Tab 10.1, Apple has banned the Samsung Galaxy Nexus' sales in the US.
The US Court granted Apple's preliminary injunction, ruling that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is to harm iPhone's sales by infringing on four patents including autocorrect and slide to unlock.
Apple has shown that it is likely to lose а substantial share in the smartphone marketplace and to lose downstream sales in the future.
The injunction however comes at a cost to Apple, as the company has to post a bond of $95 million, which will be awarded to Samsung if Apple loses the case.
It is likely to get even more expensive for Apple, as the company is seeking to ban the Galaxy S III.
Samsung are stating that they will appeal the Galaxy Nexus ban, arguing that the Judge has ruled based on insufficient evidence and will cause Samsung huge loses.
Samsung's spokesperson stated that the company is disappointed with the ruling and believe that a correct result can be reached with more evidence.
