Vodafone is improving the VIP Recharge Trucks

For the festivals this summer, Vodafone is improving their VIP Recharge Trucks.
The 43 tonne machinery has the monstrous recharging capacity as last years Truck, but now it is supporting DJ booths and hand-scanners that will keep the phone safe and saves time in line for getting it.
The new hand-scanner reader will identify the person by using the pattern of blood vessels under the skin and so save the hassle of showing their wristbands to identify themselves and will work  even if users hand is in mud.
The system is already in use in Japan. The Palm Vein Readers can verify the identity of a person in seconds. The Reader is impossible to fool because of the biometric technology of the service.
Inside the Recharge Truck there is space for over 1,900 phones to recharge at the same time.
If your phone's battery is running low at the next festival, make sure you track that truck down.
