Vector QR Code
People ask us a lot about the difference between Raster and Vector QR Codes.
The easiest way for us to explain it to people is as follows:
Raster is lower quality format. This does not mean that it is unusable, it simply means that Raster QR Codes are suitable for web and small print.
Vector format is the highest quality format available for QR Codes, and is suitable for billboard and clothing print.
In a nutshell if you increase the size of a Raster QR Code it will become pixelated whereas a Vector QR Code will not. You can increase it in size and it will still hold the quality.
